Tiffany Lanier

Tiffany Lanier is the face behind LivewithTiffany.com. She is a millennial Public Speaker, Facilitator, Inspirational Vlogger and Clarity Coach for Business & Personal Growth. Tiffany uses her platforms to inspire, motivate, and educate her audience to live purposefully and lead consciously.


Brian Fanzo

Brian Fanzo talks fast and tweets faster. A proud pager wearing millennial, he is a keynote speaker and founder/CEO of iSocialFanz LLC, a social strategy consulting agency.
Brian’s #ThinkLikeAFan philosophy has powered first-of-their-kind storytelling campaigns for many Fortune 50 enterprise companies leveraging Periscope, SnapChat and Facebook Live. He was recently awarded the Top 25 Social Business Leaders of 2014 by The Economist Intelligence Unit and has been nominated for the first ever #ShortyAwards Periscoper Of The Year 2016.

In 2016, Brian keynoted in 11 countries at more than 50 events highlighting his passion for change, collaboration, and community – dubbed the 3 C’s these are the foundation of his first book A Millennial Mindset due out Winter 2017.


Bryan & Courtney Kramer

Bryan Kramer is a renowned social business strategist, global keynote speaker, executive coach, and bestselling author. He’s one of the world’s foremost leaders in the art and science of sharing, and has been credited with instigating the #H2H human business movement in marketing and social. With more than 350,000 social fans and followers, and an intimate understanding of the intricacies and interworking of both social technologies and social behaviors, Bryan is both a practitioner and authority on the subject.

Courtney Smith Kramer is the co-founder and Executive Creative Director for PureMatter, and is proud to be one of the 3% of female creative directors in the United States. An accomplished creative strategist, storyteller, writer and designer, she has earned hundreds of creative awards and jurors creative competitions across the county. She has a wicked dirty sense of humor and swears like a sailor but has to be serious (mostly) for her job. Her first book, “21 Reasons Creativity is Like Sex,” launched in Fall 2016.



Carlos Gil

Carlos Gil is the Global Head of Social Media for BMC Software. Previously, he served as Senior Social Marketing Manager for LinkedIn. His proven track record includes leading consumer-facing digital and social media programs as Social Media Manager for Winn-Dixie, where he developed strategy and led the launch of all Winn-Dixie’s social channels, social listening, and blogger influencer program. In addition, Carlos served as the Head of Digital Marketing for Save-A-Lot food stories. A true digital native, Carlos maintains an active presence on Twitter, Snapchat, and YouTube in addition to speaking at industry conferences.


Cathy Hackl

Cathy Hackl is the Chief Communications & Content Officer for Future Lighthouse, one of the top VR companies in the world that’s creating VR narrative and fiction. She’s also the founder of Latinos in VR/AR and one of the women leading the virtual revolution. She’s been named by Onalytica as a leading augmented reality influencer and also by NBC News as one of the top Latina women in VR. She’s a pioneer in immersive marketing and is a VR Scout contributor. Hackl is an Emmy-nominated communicator who has spent more than 12 years working in public relations, social media, marketing, and journalism (CNN, ABC News, Discovery Communications).


Craig Carpenter

In a world where everyone is turning their passions into massive followings and amazing products and services, it seems increasingly difficult to break through the noise. Craig Carpenter shares real world strategy and insights on how he built several successful ventures, starting over from zero influence each time. We all have the work ethic and the ability to build and grow our legacy. Craig will share some unique ways you can inspire others to support your brand and care about your goals just as much as you do.


Demian Ross

Demian is a Sales and Marketing professional with 20+ years sales and marketing experience, specializing in building relationships, digital media, social engagement and creating quality content.

He currently works at Social Media Examiner as part of their Business Development team to help grow the expo experience at their annual event, Social Media Marketing World.

In the social media arena, his credo is: the most effective way to build brand loyalty is to entertain and educate consumers simultaneously. His sales approach is “build relationships first and value second and then sell” was his philosophy years before the term “inbound” was used to describe the phenomenon.

As of June 1, 2017 Demian has been traveling the Country full-time in a RV as he chases 75 degrees while looking for the perfect place to eventually call home. In the last 5 months he has visited 17 States.

Jessika Phillips

Selected as One of the Top 12 Global Rising Stars on Social Media to Watch in 2016: Jessika is on a mission to make relationships the forefront of business marketing. She’s known for this outspoken dedication to Relationship Marketing. Jessika lives by her statement that “Relationships will always be more powerful than marketing,” and she believes in being a magnet vs a Bullhorn to truly connect with your tribe.

As a social media strategist, Jessika founded NOW Marketing Group in 2010 with only a laptop and a vision. The company is now a Forbes recognized Agency Partner and a certified inbound partner with Hubspot. Jessika also teaches comprehensive Relationship Marketing, presents in a weekly videocast “Magnet Marketers” and hosts one of the largest social media Midwest conferences, Social Media Week Lima.


Kate Volman

Kate Volman helps owners create better content to engage their audience and grow their business through her consulting services, workshops & video series. She co-created and co-hosts a weekly show called Delray Morning Live, and Trajectory, a weekly podcast sharing ideas and resources for small businesses.



Marc Bowker

Marc is the CEO (Chief Everything Officer) of Alter Ego Comics, an award-winning comic book shop in Lima, Ohio. As a retailer, he guides those searching for adventure to stories that they can get lost in. As an eCommerce specialist, Marc first began selling on eBay in 1999. Then he launched AlterEgoComics.com in 2003. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram have helped him attract customers around the world. And targeted emails with a personal touch have helped him keep them. He’s eager to show other small businesses the ropes and help them avoid the pitfalls.

Ashley Thompson

Ashley is the CEO and co-founder of 50 Strong, a consumer goods brand based in Lima, Ohio. Ashley received her BSBA from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio, and a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University. Ashley practiced corporate law for approximately five years prior to returning to her family’s manufacturing business where she served as Human Resources Manager for several years. Ashley and her husband Brendan co-founded 50 Strong in 2012, as well as the 50 Strong Foundation, which provides scholarships to students pursuing careers in manufacturing. 50 Strong products are sold in more than 3,800 Walmart locations nationwide as well as on Amazon.com.
